Chuck Johnson has been a Certified Appraiser since 1991. He is dedicated to helping clients by providing professional complex appraisal assignments to assist clients in making intelligent financial decisions. His knowledge and determination ensure that every client is treated with high regard. Mr. Johnson is active in the appraisal of land, subdivisions, commercial property, mining property, industrial property, residential properties, farms and ranches. Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelor’s of Arts, Degree (BA) from Western Illinois University in 1988. He then went on to obtain a Juris Doctorate Degree (JD) from City University School of Law, Los Angeles in 1991. Mr. Johnson is currently a candidate for the MAI Designation with the Appraisal Institute, and graduated from Benedictine University, Mesa Arizona campus with a Master’s of Business Administration, (MBA) in October 2015. The prestigious CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) credential was awarded to Mr. Johnson in 2014 by NACVA. The NEBB Institute conferred its Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser credential (CMEA) to Mr. Johnson in the fall of 2014. Other industry certifications earned by Mr. Johnson include the Senior Appraiser Designation with the American Society of Agriculture Appraisers, (certified in livestock, farm equipment, and equine appraisal), the Mining Society Association, Member of The American Society of Agriculture Appraisers, and Farm Equipment, and Equine Appraisal from the American Society of Agriculture Appraisers where he is certified in livestock appraisal. The prestigious Fellow (FRICS) designation with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors was earned by Mr. Johnson in 2018. Mr. Johnson is one of a limited number of current AQB Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices Certified Instructors. He currently instructs various complex and non- complex appraisal courses throughout the country. Mr. Johnson currently holds Certified General Appraiser credentials in the states of Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Hawaii and Montana. Mr. Johnson is a recognized Tax Specialist, and Hearing Officer with Multiple Board of Equalizations in northern Arizona. Chuck is married to his lovely wife Susan. Between them they love their 10 children and 10 grandchildren.
